Hello Friends.
I am giving you some few tips about Health.
Every people should drink lots of water and At least 8 -12 glasses of water consumption should be done by an adult. Develop a healthy eating habit and live more on fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and food rich in fiber, seeds and cereals.
Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good.

Bit late i'm afraid. 8-10 lagers a day more like. Have had two heart attacks,one really bad. Am seriously overweight and love life. Thanks for the tips.

Wow, thats quite something to read after a long day of work, but its all good, it seems we have a new mental!

But i'd like to adjust what you suggest. Firstly water. There is no set recommendation for how much you should drink a day, its completely individual. The water i need a day to do my job and live my lifestlye is completely different from what dai likes to drink to maintain his. I would however suggest that dai's liquid intake does seem more fun mind. 8-12 glasses of water is too much for the average person. We lose about 1.5-2 litres a day through various factors, on average, so about 8 cups should suffice everyone. I dont even drink that much and i do a physical job and excerices most days after work (not tonight, maccy d's tonight! [smilie=icon_mrhappy.gif] )

I always thought you should eat a variety of different coloured veg as the different colours give your body differnt vitamins etc. Plus just green leafed veg is dull as fuck.

Seeds, yes agreed they are good for you, but dull as fuck and i cant stand em.

Cereals, tough one, as most of em contain way too much sugar, so dont eat Special K for 3 meals a day. Weetabix is the future, FACT!!!

One question, wheres the MEAT. Gotta get your energy from somewhere. You veggie freak!
