And yes Johnson is still in charge just - there is all sorts of rumours of bust ups (with the chairman) and I think he turned up five minutes before the start of a game recently. So by Saturday you just never know.

Oh and for what its worth I think we will get 20k+ Saturday as well.

You're right, and to carry on the theme of dodgy sauces... I've just read on SBT that the ticket office manager was on CWR this morning saying there's only 2.5k sold (they're assuming that's on top of 4k season tickets). If that's true it's an absolute embarrassment, why aren't there mega queues outside the club shop this week eh? Apparently £22 to see only the second home game in over 16months is a bit too much

For the Gillingham game it would have cost me and my lad £11 to go. In the end only I managed to get a ticket at the last minute after a week of trying like fuck.

Today we both went and it cost me £33 for tickets. I've spent £44 on football in the space of eight days and that isn't counting all the other costs of food, parking and petrol.

Now imagine that we had two home games on the trot and the club were charging full price.....£66 for a family to find is a fucking ridiculous.

The people who want to go and watch City are not fucking millionaires or sad fucking dweebs who have fuck all in their lives to do but follow City....they are working class and usually poorly paid working class.

The club have no idea who their core audience is and thus have no fucking clue that they are charging too much for tickets. And as for charging more for buying a ticket on the day of the match.......fucking wankers.

Not that ol'e chestnut again! If you wanted to save a few bob why didn't you and your lad go in the famly stand for £27 like I did with mine? And if you want to keep the cost down bring your own sandwiches and drink aswell? I'm afraid that the excuse that it's too expensive will not hold water if City were to have a half decent season and get into the playoffs! You can bet your bottom dollar that it wouldn't be to expensive for people to attend then............
