SISU company #1 puts SISU company #2 into admin. SISU company #1 chooses an adminstrator, who pays 5% to debtors (ACL is one). Admin sells SISU company #2 to new owners, SISU company #3.

Even if SISU appoint the administrator, there is no saying the Administrator would sell it back to SISU. What if someone offered 10% more than SISU, Surely he would sell to the highest bidder.

SISU beat ACL to the punch. Result is the same -10 points :(

Dunno, but I expect the admin has to put the best interest of the creditors first and guess who they are.

OK this is in hope.... If this subsidiary doesn't hold the league registration then can a points deduction still happen?

I dont think that the company that is in admin has anything to do with the football side of things. So dont think this means anything with regards to tomorrow or a 10 point deduction. Not sure of this and no idea why they have put this company into admin possibly something to do with tomorrow but no idea what

God knows... but it seems like SISU have it set up very intricately.

If you look at that document Mellie put up the other day you can see a very similar intricate set up surrounding the ownership of the Ricoh and leases etc... Are they trying to match ACL in terms of reallocating/redistributing?

I get the feeling that SISU are thinking that if they go down they are taking ACL with them...

Maybe but I think its more to do with buying time tomorrow and seeing how the team gets on until the end of the season. If they can defer the hearing and buy time to see if we can get in playoffs then they might be able to either negotiate the deal with ACL or try to find a buyer on their terms.

Its CCFC so plenty of twists and turns to come yet! buckle up it will be a bumpy ride

Ffs.. hope sisu know what they're doing... Did the acl rent used to get paid via avro by any chance?
League could take a very dim view of this company shuffling.. may get far more than -10 points..

.. another thought is that ACL may retaliate by locking the gates...

...and I wasn't going to drink tonight...

I thought about the eviction too... do they have to give notice?

ACL have paid monies to their subsiduary, that has paid back to their partner in the Ricoh ownership and back and forth... are SISU planning on trying to exploit this to divert the issue away from them directly?

I seem to remember reading about Southampton doing something similar but not getting away with it, are SISU planning on showing how it should have been done?

SISU were exceptionally quiet all week whilst ACL were announcing their chosen administraitor.. have they bitten off more than they can chew?

Think I read that Gateshead are playing games at 4 grounds this year (Gateshead, Blyth Spartans, York and somewhere else possibly Hartlepool). Perhaps we can do that.

Or is this a masterstroke and SISU have realised how shit we are at home and we are going to be the first nomadic side out there and play every game away from home.

Whatever happens now - we are out of the lease agreement and don't have to pay a club killing rent. We will find somewhere else to play and maybe we can finally make as much money as we spend.

I have to agree there... ACL thought they were calling all the shots a week ago and now they're merely spectators with a £113m problem.
