He did! The Power all the way again i think [smilie=icon_div115.gif] .
You have got too hand it to Taylor for the dedication he puts into it-practicing 7-8 hours a day etc. The interview with Beaton was revieling and shows why he and most of the others are that far behind Taylor.
" I'm just glad to get through and am now going to play darts and enjoy myself"
" People don't realise that when you are away most weekends you hardly see the wife!"
" I have set out and done what i wanted to do and been world champion"
Thing is Steve you won the also rans version and have never defended it. Phil Taylor on the other hand has dominated and won it 15 times!

Yeh, don't even know how taylor is playing so far this week but hard to see past him, lewis will flatter to decieve in the early rounds with 105-110 averages then no doubt lose his bottle as soon as it gets serious, then there's just wade to have a look at tonight, not been too impressed by the rest i've seen so far but the 2nd round looks some good games

Yep Wade is probably the one to watch after winning the Premier League.

Whitlock was great against Wade, but you have to take your hat off to Taylor. What a masterclass performance v Lewis who was expected to push him all the way!
Barney also looked good-thing is i can't see Whitlock who played the game of his life yesterday being able to reach the same heights again.

What a great final so far, just shame its gone 6-2, can't see anything but a 7-2 win now.

But Whitlock has played brilliantly, dont think I've ever seen a player checkout with such ease, and some high checkouts at that!

Made the Power work even harder than we all thought. The man is just pure class-one of the greatest sportsmen of all time. Shame he isn't recognised for it.
