It might be the bleedin' obvious but you wouldn't know it was a factor reading some peoples blogs/comments.

I said yesterday Faldo got it wrong, and I have a lot of respect for this guy. Garcia was so far off form he should of been out around 8th 0r 9th. Someone like Poulter who was on fire should of led us out, followed by Rose, McDowell and Hanson. We needed to presure at the start and the form players would of done that. Our top players were way off the mark. Still think we would of lost but the order was not right.
2014 will be our year !!

But we won the top four games 2.5 to 1.5. It was the middle section where it was lost or rather on day 1.

Nice to see one of the BBC bloggers backing Faldo. I also think the first comment is spot on. Home advantage shouldn't be underestimated.

USA ! USA ! USA ! USA !

I had no choice but to support the US. As soon as I saw that fucking stinking rag known as the EU flag, I almost vomited.

Those **** in the EU parliament and that tampon of a flag will NEVER represent me.

On the USA USA chant theme, can we please make it so that anyone who shouts "GET IN THE HOLE" are impaled on the end of the flags? It's undoubtedly the most irritating thing in sport and it seems to happen after every fucking shot, even when they're on the tee of a par 5

A-fucking-men to that!!! That is my number one gripe about watching golf in america. There always one dippy prick shouting it, every chuffing shot [smilie=icon_anger.gif]
