Don't panic, here I am...... [smilie=icon_mrhappy.gif]

Great start to the 2nd, please please don't collapse tomorrow boys...

Bell, Colly, Pieterson.....
Need to build a good solid lead, keep them Aussie scummers out in the heat again all day then hope our bowlers (+ Harmy) dont fook it up by letting them smash us about in reply......

God i wish Beefy was still playing.....mind you, even at his age he could probably still teach this lot a thing or two...
Loved his story during commentary about when his team needed 12 off 3 balls, hit first for 6, blocked second, had a wager with Bumble who was umping and then heaved last ball out of the ground..... [smilie=icon_lol.gif] Legend.... [smilie=icon_bowdown.gif]

Great days cricket (the bits I watched between snoozes!) . England well on top. First session will be crucial tomorrow if we can get a couple of early wickets its game on. If not then a bore draw.

Excellent first hour, Hoggard has been superb, Harmison seems to have found his line as well.

The improvement(?) to the Whitley Island seems to have only made things worse, with the decision to make the Humber Road single lane while that was going on absolutely ridiculous. [smilie=icon_neutral.gif]

while this shouldnt perhaps hijack the ashes thread i've gotta agree

the council have obviously got a new head of road planning who is a complete fucking ****, rather than doing the road works slowly and at opposite ends of the city theyve decided to do everywhere at once and completely fuck them all up!! whitley island is ridiculous, as is the walsgrave-ansty road, as is sky blue way as is binley road and thats just the ones round by me that i use

Seems destined for a draw - lets hope we don't collapse and are all out for 150 to let the Aussies in through the back door
