my boss had the same problem with his tennants, we hired a steam cleaner, called Rug Doctor, was brilliant, fairly pricey at £100 for the day, but got the carpet back to a decent state.

For the xbox 360 you can get GH 2 ( no online play but still good) GH 3 (brilliant) GH Areosmith ( a lot better than you think it will be) and GH World Tour.

If I was going to buy one for the first time it would be GH 3. You will probably pick it up cheap new or second hand. GH 2 still goes for £44 pre-owned for some reason ?
