Remember me when you're minted, Boss.

As for tomorrow (Today), lose. Somewhere around 0-2, or 1-3.

No worries ;-) lloydy, what is worrying is Cc's negativity.
I can understand his line up at Swansea but not for home match. Where's the attacking intent ffs?

Today we had more efforts on goal than we did in any of the home matches we've won this season (against Doncaster, Barnsley, Peterborough, Sheffield United and Ipswich). In fact, we've only had more efforts on goal than today in 3 out of 14 home matches this season.

Lies, damned lies and statistics?

Stats reveal that they had 56% of the play despite the sending off.

They still had more though - 17 compared to our 13. And more possession. As the away team. With ten men. Are Blackpool REALLY that much better than us?

Up to the point of the sending off I thought Blackpool were the better team and had us under a lot of pressure at the start of the second half, undoubtedly after being told by their manager we obviously weren't going to really have a go at them so they might as well push on a bit. The sending off was a relief if for nothing than I thought it might relieve the pressure a bit.

Even after that we still played very cautiously for the majority of the time and it wasn't overly surprising when they took the lead, as it could have gone either way.

Then at the end they had an excellent chance to win it after a slip by McPake. So even with tactics, training everything centred around cutting stuff like that out, it still happened. You can't eradicate it so work it into your planning - expect the odd mistake, after all they're only human beings. Just try and make it so that when they inevitably happen, we're in a position where it shouldn't materialy affect the overall result.

Not sure if the Best substitution was booed because of taking off an attacking threat and top scorer against 10 men or aimed at Best, but if it was the latter that is shameful.

Bristol next. Lost their last home game 6-0. So expect Coleman to try and defend because he fearsa backlash rather than get the goal that could make them and the home fans jittery....
Ranson - managing the club and finances sensibly but isn't a great PR man
Boothroyd - who knows yet?

Didn't think the booing was for Best. The way i read it was the fact that we were taking off a striker while trying to get back in the game-so it was aimed quite rightly at the manager. :?
