I assume this is to tell us of the massive investment from Haskell and Dhinsa.
Have fun

Isn't this to tell them that they are dissolving Holdings or something like that?

Think it will mean we may out of admin after ??

How would the dissolution of Holdings affect the admin of Limited, whose assets were bought by Otium?

More likely a way of ensuring the whereabouts of the assets in said administration can't be looked into further...

It was more the fact that if Holdings was closed down, then the liquidation event would have occurred - is that right?

I'm not 100% sure but if it's not how will the club ever get out of admin?

To be honest I'm not sure anymore - the longer it goes on the less will I have to bother looking into it properly.

On the face of it, Holdings and Limited didn't really seem to have much to do with each as far as the admin seemed concerned - the main debt was owed to ARVO, the assets were bought by Otium. The only connection would appear to be them being part of the same group/umbrella of companies. And the mix up over who had the assets that would cause you to fail a GCSE Business exam...

And thus it is confirmed.

By dissolving Holdings the overdue accounts of this company will not have to be filed... Quelle surprise

And the land negotiations that were supposedly going to be finalised by mid-Sep are not going to be done for months at the earliest. Plus this ridiculous 'consultation' over the design (despite Fisher saying he'd had the 'parade' of architects months ago so what was the point of that?) although for the cost they intend to build it for touches of personalisation are pretty much out of the question other than the colour of the pain and seats which really don't need a consultation to guess.

And just to round things off TF has the audacity to call the judical review application a 'moral principle', completely ignoring the moral principle of moving a team 35 miles against every other stakeholders wishes and not paying bills with the intention of sending a business under in order to buy it for next to nothing.

Which came first? ACL inflating the debt, or CCFC moving to Northampton?

Cue conversation that I don't bother reading continuing to go round in circles.

Yawn.

So who's to blame for spiralling debts now? Are ACL forcing SISU/Otium to turn down extra revenue by staying in Northampton instead of having the Ricoh and higher crowds for LESS than Sixfields is costing (the matchday costs thing is bollocks, unless NTFC are paying them for us, which would be exceedingly nice of them to pay a few hundred grand a game on our behalf in exchange for £150k a year).

How many Cov fans was it at the game at the weekend - 500?

Unlike the owners who are turning down extra revenue for no extra cost to the club?

And who think they can buy a swath of land and build a brand new, bespoke stadium with retail and possibly hotel facilities for £20m, when the contaminated site of the Ricoh cost almost that, and only a fraction of it sold to a supermarket cost them £40m? And the reason they're supposedly doing all that? Around 500k p.a.worth of parking and pies!

Do you not think SISU charge management/consultancy fees to the club? Or interest on the money they 'invest'? If ever someone could get hold of the breakdown of such aspects of the accounts it would make the rental money seem a dip in the ocean.

Pictures of the stadium design. Begs the question why would Otium/Sisu etc spend money on getting designs completed unless they are serious on building a new stadium. Time will tell if this will happen but this is a small move towards the possibility of it happening.

For the last year or so, I've been able to see both sides of this massive fuck-up.....I knew Sisu were **** & I knew ACL/CCC were ****....equally ****, greedy & incompetent....or so I believed....

...but over the last month or so, I've changed my mind slightly....ACL/CCC are still ****, but Sisu are uber ****.

These fantasy stadium drawings are just another massive piss-take, much like sending letters threatening legal action to your own fucking fan-base....

My wife occasionally looks at bespoke kitchen designs in magazines.....

....but until I get cash, plans & permission in place to extend my house, its simply a dizzy blonde entertaining a daydream...

Fuck you Sisu.
Fuck you ACL.
Fuck you football.
......waiting for the great leap forwards [smilie=icon_paper.gif]
