The one after with Winstanley, they were talking about the next match between Osbourne and the Phillipino prelim fella who won earlier and about him celebrating, Winstanley said "yeh it was great to see celebrations like that, it's what darts is all about, he was jumping around like a monke... errr... he was jumping around like a... errr.... mad thing"

You been watching much? Anyone catch the eye? I thought Barney looked back to his best in about 10years but no doubt he'll lose his head somewhere.

We would have beat that last qualifier from NZ

Watched a fair bit, will dig in more over the festive period. That kiwi was fucking wank, NZ champion! I might move back. RVB looked class, had a flutter on Lewis who as defending champ is a great price 14/1 Newton and MVG.

Looking forward to the wizard tonight.

Barney and Taylor looked excellent last night should be a good semi final unless Barney bottles it.

I've got the utmost respect for Taylor, but he didn't come across well last night when he started about Barney not fearing him, as if he was being disrespected. I'd say Barney has given Taylor too much respect over the years and that has cost him.

I am not sure about him disrespecting Barney I think it was just the interviews and the way it panned out. Barney in the past has choked against Taylor in finals and was asked about playing Taylor next he made a point of saying he didnt fear him - strange thing to say. I think Taylor just picked up on this and wanted to make a point and I think he may well be right. Will be interesting to see how Barney plays because there isnt too much between them in talent but historically he seems to freeze against Taylor.

Value betting wise deffo in other half as bookies seem to think whoever wins this semi will win the final.

I've just had a bit on Wade to beat Newton, and I've backed misery guts Lewis to beat Van Gerwin.

I should have taken the guaranteed profit on Lewis, but I didn't.

Bollocks, sat through that boring **** Newton with his wobbly head playing Wade, decent tight match but slow as fuck, and then turned off as I fucking hate Lewis and couldn't bear to watch his fat sweaty mug in HD.

I think Barney will smash Taylor tomorrow, he's a completely different player in his head this year and I don't think he fears Taylor at all now. Reckon the final will be tighter.

If MVG tightens up on his doubles no one will get near him. His scoring is frightening.

To be fair to Lewis he was gracious in defeat last night, not an utter ****.

Agreed and prob the best game I have ever seen - fair play to both of them and roll on tonight. Not sure why but fancy Wade to take MVG close and even turn him over

Wade, Barney or Taylor will beat MCG if he doesn't tighten up his doubles. If he gives them the chances you know they will take them, and he won't score heavily enough to keep them out of the legs becuase they are all more than capable of posting 100+ scores too. As soon as MVG is two sets down against one of the big players he will start struggling- he doesn't (yet) have the mental strength to come grit down and hang in there when he is having a bad patch.

Taylor hasn't been at his best yet this year, but I still fancy him against Barney. He always seems to raise his game against his closest rivals and although it will be close I think Taylor will edge it by 2 sets.

Wade vs MVG will be down to Wade. If he starts quickly and puts real pressure on MVG he will get through, otherwise I think MVG will walk it.
Have fun
